Get your skin ready for Christmas
As this time of year gets closer everything looks more beautiful. The streets are illuminated and the parks are full of market stalls where you can find all sorts of presents and gifts. The shop displays let us know that winter has arrived. The atmosphere is joyful and the people are happier, with a desire to share and spend time with friends and loved ones. Even the cafés and restaurants smell different. Everything seems different.
It is the time of meals, dinners and get-togethers not only with those who live close by but also with those who live far away. We plan everything down to the last detail of the dinner table, the house decorations are changed to Christmas ornaments, lights and stars, but… what about our skin? Do we want to shine with beauty on these special days?
Today we are going to give you some advice to look amazing during this time of year and to make sure that your skin is special too. Are you ready?
As everybody’s skin is different, we are going to suggest 3 different routines according to skin type. It doesn’t matter how old you are, because at MartiDerm we encourage you to take care of yourselves and the best treatment of all is prevention. Therefore it’s only a matter of choosing what your skin needs.
Regardless of the skin type, we like to include our Alfa-Peeling ampoules as an essential frequent or continuous beauty treatment. A gentle peeling with alpha-hydroxy acids is essential to make our skin smoother and more luscious. As we have already said, we are helping you to reduce imperfections, even the skin tone and improve the elasticity of the skin. Today we are therefore going to include this into each of the skin care routines.
Routine for very dry skin
Morning:
- Step 1. Daily cleanse with our Essentials range. For dry skin we recommend our Micellar Cleansing Oil.
- Step 2. Apply Expression or Cytokin to eye and lip contours.
- Step 3. Apply ½ of a Skin Complex+ ampoule.
- Step 4. Lastly, to provide extra moisture, apply Vital-Age to dry and very dry skin. It has an SPF which helps to protect your skin from the sun.
Night:
- Step 1. Daily cleanse with our Essentials range. For dry skin we recommend our Micellar Cleansing Oil.
- Step 2. Apply Expression or Cytokin to eye and lip contours.
- Step 3. Apply ½ of an Alfa-Peeling
- Step 4. For a better moisturising effect, apply our Proteum
- Step 5. Lastly, to provide extra moisture, we recommend the use of Kinetinol.
Routine for combination skin:
Morning:
- Step 1. Daily cleanse with our Essentials range. For combination skin we recommend our Micellar Solution.
- Step 2. Apply Expression or Cytokin to eye and lip contours.
- Step 3. Apply ½ of a Skin Complex+ ampoule.
- Step 4. Lastly, to provide extra moisture, apply Vital-Age for combination or normal skin. It has an SPF which helps to protect your skin from the sun.
Night:
- Step 1. Daily cleanse with our Essentials range. For combination skin we recommend our Micellar Cleansing Solution.
- Step 2. Apply Expression or Cytokin to eye and lip contours.
- Step 3. Apply ½ of an Alfa-Peeling
- Step 4. For a better moisturising effect, apply our Proteum
Routine for oily skin:
Morning:
- Step 1. Daily cleanse with our Essentials range. For combination skin we recommend our Micellar Cleansing Gel.
- Step 2. Apply Expression or Cytokin to eye and lip contours.
- Step 3. Apply ½ of a Skin Complex+ ampoule or Liposomas .
- Step 4. Lastly, to remote excess sebum, use Crema-Gel Acniover .
Night:
- Step 1. Daily cleanse with our Essentials range. For combination skin we recommend our Micellar Cleansing Gel.
- Step 2. Apply Expression or Cytokin to eye and lip contours.
- Step 3. Apply ½ of an Alfa-Peeling
- Step 4. Lastly, to remove excess sebum, use Cream-Gel Acniover .
